  • Shear Beam LoadCells

    Variohm Eurosensor Ltd

Shear Beam LoadCells are designed for low profile scales and process applications. These loadcells should be mounted on a smooth flat surface using high strength hardend bolts. The mountaing holes are at the opposite end to where the cell is loaded. Some of the larger Shear Beam Loadcells use multiple mounting holes to allow extra bolts to hold them in place and keep them from stretching under the stress.

With the patented decoupled XY and Z scanning system with tilted Z-scanner, it overcomes the challenges of the normal and flare tip methods in accurate sidewall analysis. In utilizing our True Non-Contact Mode™, the Park 3DM Series enables non-destructive measurement of soft photoresist surfaces with high aspect ratio tips.

  • Sensors for Contour Measurement

Leuze electronic GmbH + Co. KG

The CMS 700i 3D contour measurement system detects the length, width, height, deformations and position of any objects as they pass by, independent of their shape and surface. Even polybags are reliably detected. The complete system includes all components for operation and installation under one part number. In contrast, light section sensors record a height profile along a projected laser line. This allows objects to be detected with high resolution in multiple dimensions. The integrated functions range from presence control to edge measurement and 3D object measurement.

When designing an underwater cable harness, there are some factors which need to be considered, and we have produced the following list as a guide for customer information:Component considerations:- Electrical requirements- Mechanical considerations- Quality requirements- Reliability- Design redundancy (contact count)- Connector selection (type and form)- Locking requirements- Backpotting requirements- Waterblocking in moldings- Cable specification- Cable jacket material and compatibility with elastomers- Abrasion resistance- Stiffness profile at termination- Connector format (straight or right angle)- Molding format (straight or at an angle)- Clearance allowance for molding and cable routing- Elastomer compatibility (eg oil filled units)- Metalwork selection re: corrosion and cathodic delamination- Surface finish for metalwork as appropriateOperational considerations:- Operating depth profile (not just max. depth)- Tensile loads- Torsional loads- Bending loads- Bend control requirements (to limit bending at termination)- Deployment and recovery loads- Dynamic loading-Flow turbulence effects.

  • Ocean Observer III

    Teledyne Marine RD Instruments

Since 1997 Teledyne RD Instruments has been providing ADCPs that have proven in the field they can profile beyond 1000 m from research vessels traveling at speeds >15 knots and from offshore oil and gas platforms during exploration work. That same technology has now allowed us to create the Ocean Observer III 38 kHz ADCP. We have combined our field-proven 38 kHz phased array ADCP transducer with our field-proven electronics into a single package that is capable of profiling >1000m. This design makes it ideal to be mounted from an oil platform, over the side of a vessel, and in surface buoys.

  • Mini Load Column Load Cell Compression Only with Mounting

MLC SERIES - Transducer Techniques, Inc

The MLC Series is our miniature high capacity compression only load cell/force sensor, featuring low profile compact size for a wide range of portable and dedicated applications up to 30,000 lb The load diameter is slightly convex for accurate load distribution. Low deflection through design results in ultra fast frequency response. The MLCs are designed to be mounted in a shallow machined flat pocket or smooth flat surface, either free or fastened via a bottom 6-32 tapped hole. These load cells are manufactured from heat treated 17-4 ph stainless steel. The sensing element incorporates bonded foil strain gages of the highest quality and are sealed for protection against most industrial Environments.

  • 256-Element Active Antenna Innovator’s Kit

  • Fatigue Testing And Certification

    Hill Engineering, LLC

Fatigue engineering is subject to uncertainty, and data from well executed tests are used to validate conclusions made by analysis and to provide a basis for structural certification. Our staff have extensive experience in testing materials and components under slowly varying, static loads, and under rapidly varying cyclic loads. Tests under static loads are used to assess material properties or to assess the load-deformation behavior of structural components. Tests under cyclic loads provide time to crack initiation, time to failure, or measurements of crack growth over time. We have extensive experience in measuring fatigue crack growth behavior in metallic materials. Past programs have measured crack growth with microscopy and photogrammetry at the surface, cracked area with direct current potential drop, and through-thickness crack profiles with quantitative fractography. By assessing crack growth with a variety of experimental methods, we enable robust analysis validation for cases of complex cracking. Our capabilities in fatigue engineering allow for careful design of a fatigue test program. Whether the tests use constant amplitude loading or an irregular loading spectrum, we specialize in engineering the test that meet your needs. Much of our experience is in non-standard test programs, which require engineering to optimize the test setup. Few others match our capability and experience in fatigue test engineering.
